By joining the online coaching container "Coming Home," you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Confidentiality

The content available in this membership is provided by Sammi Johnson. for personal educational purposes only. The information contained within this membership, including any hardcopy content provided, is not to be shared with individuals or third-party vendors without the prior written consent of Sammi Johnson. You agree that under no circumstances will you modify or copy confidential information that is available only to you through joining this membership. Coming Home is a safe space for all members; therefore, you agree not to discuss or share any personal information or experiences that other members have shared during calls or within the membership portal.

Copyright

All materials provided in this membership, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, videos, coaching materials, and tools, are the exclusive property of Sammi Johnson and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited. You may share your personal experiences and transformations gained from this membership, but you may not claim the materials or content as your own work. Any attempt to replicate, distribute, or profit from the content provided in this membership without explicit permission from Sammi Johnson will be met with legal action.

No Advertising

This membership space is a community dedicated to personal growth and education. It is not a platform for advertising or promoting third-party products or services. Any unsolicited promotional content will be removed, and the member responsible may face removal from the membership without warning.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information shared within the Coming Home membership are the intellectual property of Sammi Johnson Pty Ltd. You agree not to infringe on these intellectual property rights and understand that any violation may result in legal action.

No Tolerance for Bullying and Disrespect

Coming Home maintains a zero tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behavior. Any member engaging in such conduct will be removed from the membership without warning, and no refunds will be issued. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all members.

Bullying and disrespect can include, but are not limited to:

  • Name-calling: Using offensive or demeaning language towards another member.
  • Harassment: Persistent unwelcome behavior that makes another member feel uncomfortable, threatened, or distressed.
  • Personal Attacks: Criticising or attacking someone personally rather than focusing on their ideas or contributions.
  • Discrimination: Any form of biased or prejudiced treatment based on race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
  • Intimidation: Any behavior that is intended to scare or coerce another member.
  • Exclusion: Deliberately leaving someone out of discussions or activities.
  • Spreading Rumors: Sharing false or malicious information about another member.
  • Inappropriate Comments: Making comments that are sexually suggestive, racist, or otherwise offensive.
  • Interruption and Dominance: Consistently interrupting or talking over others during discussions.
  • Dishonesty: Providing false information or misrepresenting yourself or your intentions.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription to the Coming Home membership at any time. To cancel, you must provide written notice via email to [email protected] Upon cancellation, access to all membership content and resources will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the membership term. If you are removed from the membership due to a violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.

Liability

The recipient agrees to hold Sammi Johnson harmless in the instance of any loss, damage, or injury for any reason. This includes any legal fees, court costs, hospital fees, and other related expenses that may occur from such negligence.
