Shipping and Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across Australia for a flat rate of $10. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: For those who need their journals faster, we offer express shipping at a rate of $15. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to reach more customers globally, so please stay tuned for updates.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the shipping provider’s website.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, holidays, or delays by the shipping provider may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns and Exchanges:

Change of Mind: we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind post purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.
Packaging: Securely pack the journal in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.
Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned journal, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your journal for a different one, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards, sale items, and personalized journals are non-returnable and non-refundable.
