Retreat Cancellations

It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Upon booking your Permission Retreat, Bali 2024, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

DEFINITIONS

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending the scheduled Permission Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.

Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.

“You” refers to the guest booking the Permission Retreat.

“We” refers to Permission Retreat.

Retreat refers to “The Permission Retreat”

TRANSPORTATION RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of our guests to arrange their own transportation to Bali and the retreat venue. This includes booking flights, arranging airport transfers, and any other necessary travel arrangements.

Additionally, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they have any required documents to enter Bali.

Please note that if you fail to take care of your transportation or entry into Bali requirements properly, resulting in any complications or inability to attend the retreat, we will not provide refunds or credits for the missed retreat.

RETREAT REQUIREMENTS

You must have active and valid travel insurance.

You must meet Bali’s entry requirements at the time of travel. 

You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.

You must be 18+ Years of age.

PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULT POLICY

If you are on a payment plan and fail to settle your payments within 14 days of the due date, we consider this a forfeiture of your retreat payments made up until that point. At that stage, we reserve the right to resell your spot. For all retreat payment questions, contact us at [email protected]om

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.

We offer a grace period where you can have a full refund without questions within 14 days of booking your retreat. After 14 days your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds requested within 14 days of booking may take max 30 days to process.

After the 14-day grace period, we do not offer refunds for any reason and your deposit is non-refundable and not credited, we only offer credits to Retreat events for your instalment payments.

Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.

If you cancel more than 180 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your instalment payment at cancellation time may be applied to another Retreat within one year of the retreat date. Cancellations within 180 days of the retreat do not enable refunds for any reason.

As a small business, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the very unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

We never want to cancel a retreat. However, acts of God do happen. If we need to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next retreat you can attend. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for our next Retreat.

FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT

By attending this retreat, you consent to the possibility of it being filmed for social media and marketing purposes. You understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat, and they may be used for promotional activities.
